Synopsis:
A 2000-mile journey along the US/Mexico border in an era of homeland insecurity. Brown considers the border as a landscape, at once physical, cultural, and historical. "The Rio Grande," Brown says, "does not separate two countries, so much as it runs through a third one. A country that's not quite Mexico, and that's not quite the U.S."

Director's Bio:
Bill is from the Paris of the Plains, Lubbock.He has been making short essay films forthe last 10 years. He currently lives in Detroitbecause there are abandoned skyscrapersthere that you can sneak into.
