Synopsis:
District 13 is a violent Paris slum that is so out-of-control that the authorities have constructed a giant wall around it, allowing the occupants to fight it out for themselves inside. When a timebomb capable of blowing Paris apart falls into the hands of the gang, the authorities send in a mismatched tough-guy duo to resolve the situation.
