Synopsis:
Vaudeville is a personal interpretation of the atmosphere of 1930's Korea. Sentimental pop songs and crude comedy shows were popular, but sadness was omnipresent. Vaudeville was made in tribute to my grandparents generation who experienced adversity and uncertainty for many years.

Chansoo Kim, who studied at USC, is an animator based in Los Angeles. He had worked as a graphic designer in Seoul, Korea for five years when he decided to pursue his passion from childhoood. His films, Woman in the Attic and Floating gained critical attention through the festival circuit.
