Stadtplan is a subjective view of the history of Berlin beginning from WWII.

Director's Bio:
Reynold Reynolds is an American artist living in Berlin whose work has been show in museums, galleries, and film festivals around the world. The feature length experimental film Sugar was released on DVD this February.
