The best thing about kicking your ass with a keyboard...is that you never saw it coming. The way to describe Dropping Daylight is to observe the effect they have on music listeners. They find metal heads transcribing classical piano licks, and easy listening fanatics playing air guitar in their living rooms. Punk kids reflecting on some powerful lyrics, and Lilith Fair fans starting a mosh pit. What they do for you is for you to decide. Having been highlighted on MTV’s “You Hear It First,” the band has performed with Simple Plan, Yellowcard, Unwritten Law, Motion City Soundtrack, Mae, Jason Mraz, and at the 2004 Warped Tour.
